Sexuality and Relationships

• Long term, committed relationships, whether heterosexual or LGBT, involve lows as well as highs. The highs look after themselves but the lows require work. Sometimes that work needs counselling support. I have been working with couples and individuals in the Kerry/Cork area developing a sensitive, confidential and empathetic approach to counselling relationships.

• Our individual sexuality lies at the heart of our personal identities and our life partnership relationships. My approach to sexuality is inclusive, non-judgemental and open to all sexual identities.

• Our culture has made sexual difficulties more intense than they need to be and all too often these difficulties are struggled with alone and in silence. Sex addiction, performance anxiety and gender issues all need an open, non-judgemental and supportive approach.

• If you require support in dealing with some of these issues above, please don’t hesitate to get in contact. Talking to someone can be extremely liberating and help you to gather perspective where you need it. Just call or send me an email.
